Pond Kinetics stands behind the engineering and reliability of every unit we build. Your

Air Guard System is backed by a comprehensive 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects

in materials and electromechanical workmanship for 12 months from the date of original

retail purchase.

What is Covered:

Failure of the internal pressure diaphragm or Herga air switch.

Malfunction of the visual LED or audible buzzer array.

Manufacturing defects in the enclosure, breather valve, or brass pneumatic fittings.

What is Excluded: Because the Air Guard operates alongside aquatic environments,

this warranty does not cover damage resulting from user error, improper

installation, or environmental abuse, specifically including:

Internal Flooding (Siphoning): Damage caused by pond water siphoning up the

airline and into the unit due to the absence of a standard non-return (check) valve on

your main air pump.

Water Ingress: Damage from completely submerging the unit or mounting it in an

unsheltered, direct-rain or heavy-splash zone.

Consumables: Normal depletion of the 9V battery.

Tampering: Damage resulting from attempting to modify the internal circuit or

blocking the precision bleed valve.

How to Make a Claim: If your unit fails under normal operation, we will promptly

repair or replace it. To initiate a claim, please email your proof of purchase and your

unit's Serial Number (found on your units base) help@pondkinetics.co.uk
